Their communication was terrible, especially when it comes to Sparky the mechanic….rather if it’s through email or telephone! They didn’t even give me an invoice on the initial vehicle drop off. Sparky… he was terrible with notifying on what was going with parts and the cost. My vehicle was in their shop for too long and I ended up towing it out of there, which costed too much. They never fixed my vehicle and J&L charged me their inspection fee of almost $300! I don’t recommend this shop…if it’s possibly a job that poses a challenge for them they will neutralize the situation entirely and quickly and won’t communicate with you.

Super helpful staff and work was done in a decent time frame, had a rear pinion seal go out and Sparkys quote was fantastic, God bless you guys and all the work you guys do.

JL Auto is a community-driven, family-run business that I am proud to support. The quality of work and the cost of their services can't be beat! They happily did the oil change on my car with zero judgment for being so far behind on it! They did an inspection and let me know when my breaks will need to be done, and gave me a great quote for it. If your vehicle needs some assistance, don't hesitate to take it to JL for a trustworthy, quality mechanic.

This place is truly a Gem! I needed my AC fixed in this triple degree heat, & they were able to get it done same day! The staff is personable & and remembered me when I brought my car back a second time for a different problem. They will handle all my car needs moving forward! I can't express enough how happy I am with Sparky, Jen & lil Bit!! The work is quality and the pricing is fair!! Highly recommend 👌

This is by far the best mechanic around friendly, extremely knowledgeable. Explains everything very clearly. So you understand what needs to be done to your vehicle and where you can make an informed decision. They handle all of our Fleet vehicles and personal vehicles highly recommend. Every time I brought a vehicle in to them. It Runs. better than ever.
